Jimmie Scott, Jr. was born to Reverend Jimmie Scott, Sr. and Rosie Scott on January 6, 1961, in Omaha NE. He was the 5th child of 12 children and the first son. He attended Lothrop Elementary, Horace Mann Jr High and Technical High School. During and after high school, he worked alongside his dad doing masonry construction for a company called Custom Build Homes, in Des Moines Iowa. During his youth, he was a guitar player at his dad's church up until his dad passed. He loved being around people. He loved attending family functions and never missed a family reunion. He loved to eat and would pull up in front of your house, call you on the phone and asked you what you cooked. "Can I get a plate?". His favorite team was the Kansas City Chiefs. Every time he watched his favorite team PLAY, he would yell as if they could hear him through the TV. He was a longtime member at Greater St. Paul Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Joseph and Lady, Helene Shannnon. He was proceeded in death by his father Jimmie Scott Sr., mother Rose Scott, sister, Loretta Scott, brother, Clayton Scott, brother Levisit Scott, son, Jamel Fuller, and a niece, Stephany Buffkins. He leaves to cherish his memory: Daughters: Michelle (Lee) Brown, Rochelle Scott, Rosey (Jason) Duboise, Augustina Fuller. Sons: Montez (Rebecca) Willford, Montello (Noelle) Willford, Augustus (Arnetrica) Fuller and Jimmie (Kaitlin) Scott III. Siblings: Betty Scott-Ruffin, Shirley Breakfield, Michael Scott, Ramona Scott-Bragg, Bobby (Becky) Scott, Luevenia (Dwayne) Barfield, and Essie Brown. A host of grand-children, nieces, nephews and other relatives and a Special godmother, Barbara Robinson.
